Since its inception, Homes for Good has empowered 20+ local nonprofits, raising over $110,000 and impacting more than 25,000 lives. It continues to gather momentum and serves as a catalyst for exponential good in the Valley and across the country.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Tim takes great pride in his role as a devoted husband and father. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife and three children, granting him an intimate understanding and appreciation of the local area.
Prior to real estate, Tim committed 10+ years and two degrees to pursuing success in the field of professional sports and entertainment.

The understanding that sport and real estate share this commonality of access to people has been instrumental in the development of Homes for Good Foundation and the concept of the Change Agent brand. Recognizing the potential to build relationships with almost anyone, I believe real estate agents can use their platforms to create positive change, contribute to their communities, and inspire others to do the same.
